The Tahoe City Parks and Recreation Department is seeking
prospective umpires and referees for the upcoming sports
programs. If you are interested in being a leader on the
court or field, please call 530-583-3440. Training and
supervision are provided.
Coaches
Needed
Do you have a love for children and a strong desire
to be a positive role model? Both men and women are encouraged to invest their time as
volunteer coaches for basketball, softball, and volleyball. You provide the time and enthusiasm, we provide
the training! (Finger printing is required because you are working directly with children.) To sign up or for more

A Team Sponsor
Promote your business name in the community and support
our local youth sports leagues by sponsoring a basketball,
softball, or volleyball team. Your business name is
printed on the sportswear of a team and you'll receive a
plaque with your team's picture. For information on how

a Gift of Fun! Youth Scholarship
The
Parks & Recreation Department wants every child to have
the opportunity to participate regardless of the ability to
pay. With this in mind, a scholarship program has been set
up through donations from various community groups and individuals.
